A significant portion of the lawsuit filed by Lively against Baldoni has been rejected by a Hollywood judge. Out of an original thirteen counts, only three are scheduled to proceed to trial starting in mid-May. The judge deemed the allegations of harassment, conspiracy, and defamation to be insufficiently substantiated.
